Is this the same as Nova North’s CA$199 business plan?

No. This is a separate provider-specific plan at CA$249/month. It includes the extra content, privacy, enquiry, hosting-fit, and ongoing-care work this vertical needs.

Do I own my domain and enquiries?

Yes. The domain is registered for you or transferred into an account you control. Your supplied copy, images, brand assets, form submissions, and analytics data remain yours. The written agreement includes a practical handoff path.

Can the site take deposits or client payments?

Not in this plan. We build the information, enquiry, and screening path. We do not connect client deposits, tribute, or adult-service payments to payment processors that prohibit them.

What content can go on the site?

The project must be lawful in the relevant jurisdiction and compatible with the chosen host. We confirm fit before payment. This plan does not include explicit video hosting, illegal offers, or attempts to evade platform policies.

What happens after the first 12 months?

The initial term is 12 months, then the managed service continues month-to-month unless the written agreement says otherwise. Your domain and data are not held hostage if you leave.
