Information We Collect
We collect information you provide through forms, including name, email, company, website, phone when provided, project details, and messages. We also collect limited technical data such as page URL, device/browser information, and analytics events when analytics consent is granted.
How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver free teardowns, discuss projects, improve site performance and content, prevent spam, and maintain basic business records. We do not sell personal information.
Forms and Email Delivery
Contact, intake, and teardown forms may be stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by Nova North so inquiries are not lost. They may also be delivered to Nova North through Resend when email delivery is configured. The visitor email is used as the reply-to address so we can respond directly. If every lead-capture destination is unavailable, the form asks visitors to email us directly and does not expose server secrets.
Cookies and Analytics
We use a consent banner before enabling Google Analytics 4 storage. Analytics helps us understand page views, CTA clicks, form interactions, and Web Vitals. You can accept, reject, or customize analytics and marketing consent in the banner, and you can also control cookies in your browser.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
